- DESCRIPTION
- The piece is dedicated to Gerry Busch, from whom I gathered the idea of the recurring pattern bassline and the overall structure. The accompaniment in this piece was inspired by Gerry’s compositions, and the melody was derived from the word “painting” (B-A-B-G-F-B-G-G).
I think it turned out to be quite charming, and has my own style while giving a firm nod to Gerry’s works, an amazing composer of numerous delightful pieces for guitar and other instruments.
